Call for Proposals to Establish Cocoa Rural Service Centers in Ghana

Ghana, Cocoa Rehabilitation and Intensification Programme (CORIP) opens up the second call for proposals to establish Cocoa Rural Service Centres (RSC) in Ghana. CORIP is inviting proposals from cocoa companies and farmer associations interested to establish, co-fund and operate additional Rural Service Centres.

RSCs should be privately operated and commercially run centres to provide and facilitate access to farmers good agronomic practices training, information, technology use, fertilizers, credit and other inputs as well as technical support necessary for the intensification of cocoa production systems.

The call closes on 15 December 2014 and sends in complete proposal by January 15.
