From Learner to Leader: Philemon Cheruiyot’s Journey in Sustainable Coffee

In April 2020, Philemon Cheruiyot, a youth leader from Sorwot Farmers Cooperative Society in Kericho County, embarked on a journey that would redefine his career and impact his community. With technical support from Solidaridad through the Traceable Organic Coffee Kenya (TRACE Kenya) project, Philemon took on a new role as a Trainer of Trainers. Within his role, he immersed himself in the world of sustainable agricultural practices, paving the way for both his personal growth and community empowerment.
